All embroidered items are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to complete. Should your order be a rush we are happy to do our best to accommodate. Please e-mail us your request at info@courtlandandco.com or call us 912-443-0065 for assistance. Additional fees will apply to all rush orders. Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following business day.

We so hope you adore your order from Courtland & Co. If for any reason you find your order not to your liking you are more than welcome to return full priced merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, personalized items, furniture and gift cards are NOT returnable. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and ineligible for returns, no exceptions. Please make sure to triple check monogram letters, spelling and placement before placing your order. Should there be an issue, please send us an email at info@courtlandandco.com notifying us of the problem. Returned merchandise should be in mint condition. 


All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless requested otherwise. Due to influx of holiday orders, please allow 5 days for your order to be processed. Should you need your order by a certain date, please leave us a note at checkout.
